The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us.

not recommend if you want a good trip. this hotel has very strictly rule and non flexible. staff is not professional at all, and deliver information very complicated. please be aware of it
- you will have to show all ID card of your group members, no matter you go with your family or couple. very annoy and take time when check in.
- I asked for extra bed, and fee is about 17$/person, and the receptionist kept saying couldn't put the extra bed in my room and tried to upgrade my room with +60$ extra pay (while my room is 35$ only and I already emailed about booking extra bed and got the response of one extra bed + breakfast ticket). after an hour argue, finally they agreed to put an extra bed in my room, everything was fitted, I have no idea why they tried to reject at beginning. second time tired of their service.
- the swimming pool is very tiny and dirty water. tiny like a family pool, not a standard of 4 stars hotel.
- there wasn't much food for breakfast, food & drink is out very quick and take a long time to refill, agreed that that was weekend time and they have more customers in their hotel. however they should well-prepared for this. and Breakfast area is kind of dark, they seemed try to save electricity.

Be awareness when you check in and sign the documents, you should read very carefully. because the things receptionist told you not the same with what they wrote. so you probably be charged a lot in penalty when you check out. up to 100$
anyway experience in this hotel made my Can Tho's trip not good at all.
If you go with family or friend for travel, not recommend this hotel.
If you go for business trip, maybe they can be suitable for your requirement
one more thing, they will refuse to issue red invoice if you book their room via these apps. I have no idea why the 4 stars hotel couldn't do the right thing on VAT :)
